House rules Check-in: After 4:00 PM Checkout: 11:00 AM Self check-in with keypad No smoking No parties. Events must be pre-approved. Pets are allowed (see rules about pets below) Additional rules We expect guests to sweep up, wipe counters, wash any dishes and remove their trash. A deep clean/sanitizing process will be conducted between guests but we are able to avoid a full-price cleaning fee by requiring guests to clean up after themselves. Failure to clean up will incur an additional cleaning fee as will be charged by our cleaners. Pets must be pre-approved. Service animals must be declared as required by our commercial insurance policy. Pet policy: -Crate when left unattended. -Keep off all bedding -Bring and use a sheet or blanket of your own to cover the living room furniture if your pet will be on the furniture. We also have pet blankets in the closets that you can use to cover furniture. -Although there is a fence on the property, please monitor your pet he/she is fenced to make sure there are no ways to get outside of the fence. -Pick up your pets waste and dispose in the outside dumpster only. -Pets may NOT be bathed in the house. -Be considerate of neighbors and control barking. -$35 per approved pet fee due on the day of arrival. Please open this reservation message and click on "Send or Request Money" and follow the instructions. Please make sure you do this on or before your arrival. ABSOLUTELY no smoking in the house. Do not discard your butts/ashes in the trash cans inside the house. ANY evidence of smoking inside the unit will incur a $200 fee to replace return air filters, ionization, and/or carpet and upholstery cleaning.😀 We purchase hotel-quality towels and linens. Dark washcloths/hand towels are left inside each closet. These are CLEAN but may have stains. Please use these towels to remove make-up, for general clean-up, etc. DO NOT use the white towels for these types of tasks as even bleaching often will not remove stains. Ruined towels will incur a $5 fee per towel. Sheets are purchased in sets and each set costs $60. Do not use hair dyes while staying with us as these stain porcelain, towels and sheets, and pillows. Guests will be charged the full $60 fee for ruining sheets. Check out is no later than 11am. Our housekeepers use all of the time from 11am-3pm to clean between guests and they will not enter until guests check out. Failure to check out on time will result in a charge for an extra night stay and/or expedited cleaning fee. Our children learn the important lesson of hard work by helping furnish and maintain this property. Please respect that and leave it in the good condition you find it when you arrive.
